Set up your dashboard

Add your branding, connect your customer address and prepare the first VPN plan.

Before you begin

Confirm that you have access to the relevant dashboard, billing and server settings before making changes. Do not paste enrolment commands, API tokens, signing secrets, passwords or private keys into support messages.

Procedure

  1. 1

    Choose the business name and customer address shown in the dashboard.

  2. 2

    Add the CNAME record shown in the setup screen.

  3. 3

    Wait for the dashboard to confirm the address and security certificate.

  4. 4

    Add one VPN server before connecting billing.

Expected result

The dashboard shows the customer address as ready and the server as connected.

If the result is different

Record the approximate time, dashboard address, account reference and exact error. Check the related billing request and server status before trying again.
