Sign in to open and track a support case. If you cannot access your account, email us with your business name, affected dashboard and the time the problem began. Never send passwords, private keys, API tokens or customer login details.

Standard and emergency support

Standard support09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday

For advice, setup questions, billing integrations, routine faults and planned changes. Times are UK time, excluding UK public holidays. Cases can be submitted at any time and are handled during these hours. Within one business day during normal support hours

Emergency supportService emergencies only

Emergency reports are monitored outside normal support hours. Use this only when a fault in VPN Dashboard or hosting managed by us takes a live dashboard offline or stops it managing active customer access.

What counts as an emergency?

Use emergency support when: our software or hosting takes a live dashboard offline, stops it managing active VPN access, or prevents live orders, suspensions or cancellations from being processed.

Use standard support for: setup questions, module configuration, external DNS, planned work, customer devices, local networks, or a VPN server or internet provider managed by you.
