How usage, customer pricing and payments work.
01What is an active profile?
An active WireGuard or OpenVPN profile in your dashboard. Monthly overage uses the highest active-profile count reported during the billing month, so repeated reports do not charge the same profiles twice.
02When is usage measured?
The dashboard reports the number of active profiles during the billing month. We bill only the profiles above the 100 included allowance, using the highest confirmed count for that month.
03Where do I set prices for my customers?
In your billing system. Your customer prices, invoices, renewals and payment recovery remain there.
04What happens if our payment fails?
We will let you know that payment is overdue. Continued non-payment may restrict or suspend the hosted dashboard in line with the service terms. It will not change invoices in your own billing system.
05Are taxes included?
Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Stripe calculates applicable tax during checkout from the billing details you provide.
