This one-off service covers one supported billing connection and one VPN server that you provide. It does not change the monthly licence.

Remove the powered-by link
Your logo, colours and customer domain are already included. Removing the small “Powered by vpndashboard.com” link from the customer portal costs extra.
Pricing questions
What is an active profile?
A WireGuard or OpenVPN profile marked active in your dashboard.
When is usage measured?
We use the highest active-profile count reported during the month. You only pay for profiles above the included 100.
Where do I set customer prices?
In your billing system. Prices, invoices, renewals and payment recovery remain there.
Do servers or customer accounts cost extra?
No. Only active VPN profiles count towards usage billing.
What happens if payment fails?
We ask you to update the payment method. If the account remains unpaid, we can suspend the service under the service terms.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Stripe shows any tax before payment.
Is setup included?
Advice is included during normal support hours. The $99 installation service is optional.
Can I remove the powered-by link?
Yes. Removing it costs $10 per month.
