Ask about billing-system support, VPN server requirements, pricing or the optional first installation.

Account and technical support

Open a case from your account and include the dashboard address, what failed and when it began. If a hosted dashboard is offline, select Dashboard outage.

If you cannot sign in, email support@vpndashboard.com.

Report a security issue

Send a clear description of the issue and the affected address. Do not include passwords, private keys, API tokens or customer login details.

Privacy and data requests

Use the privacy address to exercise your data rights, ask how we use personal information or request a data processing agreement.
