Service terms
The agreement for using VPN Dashboard.
These terms explain what we provide, what you are responsible for and how monthly billing works. They apply when you order or use VPN Dashboard for your business.
Last updated: 18 July 2026
The agreement
These terms form an agreement between MRCHRISSYSERVICES LTD, company number 12947362, which trades as VPN Dashboard, and the business or organisation that orders or uses the service. Our trading address is The Pavilion, 29 Church Street, Digby, Lincoln, LN4 3LZ, United Kingdom and our registered office is 32 Castlemere Drive, Shaw, Oldham, Lancashire, OL2 8TQ, United Kingdom.
If you order on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal information. The order details, current pricing and these terms together form the agreement.
The service
VPN Dashboard provides hosted software for managing VPN customers, billing connections, customer access and supported VPN servers. The service includes the features made available in your dashboard and the documentation relevant to them.
VPN Dashboard does not provide your internet connection, VPN server hosting, billing system, payment processing for your customers or customer support service.
Your account
You must provide accurate business and contact information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity carried out through your staff account and for deciding who may access it.
Use strong, unique passwords and protect API tokens, signing secrets, server enrolment commands and recovery links. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.
Your responsibilities
You operate the VPN service offered to your own customers. You remain responsible for:
- Your customers and the support you provide to them
- Your prices, invoices, taxes and customer payment arrangements
- Your VPN servers, hosting providers and network capacity
- Your customer terms, privacy information and acceptable-use policy
- The legality of your service in the places where you operate
- Responding to abuse reports concerning your customers or VPN network
Connected services
You may connect VPN Dashboard to billing systems, hosting providers, domain services and other third-party products. Those products remain subject to their own terms, charges and availability.
You are responsible for configuring each connection correctly and for having permission to use the accounts and information supplied to it. We are not responsible for a third-party service or for changes it makes outside our control.
Charges and usage
The service has a USD $20 monthly minimum. This includes up to 100 active VPN profiles. Each active profile above 100 costs USD $0.20 per month.
- 80 active profiles
- USD $20 for the month
- 150 active profiles
- USD $30 for the month
An active profile is a VPN profile counted as active by the dashboard. Monthly overage is calculated from the highest active-profile count reported during the billing month; repeated reports do not charge the same profiles twice.
Payment
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe using the payment method attached to your account. You authorise the monthly minimum and any usage charge calculated for that billing period.
You must keep a valid payment method on the account. If payment is overdue or repeatedly fails, we may restrict or suspend the service after giving reasonable notice where practical. You remain responsible for charges already incurred.
Cancellation
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal in your account. Cancellation stops future renewal; charges already incurred for the current billing period remain payable unless the law requires otherwise.
Before the service ends, export any information you need and make alternative arrangements for customer access. We may close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, misuse of the service or non-payment.
Availability and changes
We maintain and update the service, but no online service can be guaranteed to operate without interruption. Planned maintenance, urgent security work, third-party failures or events outside reasonable control may affect availability.
We may change features where needed to improve security, reliability or compatibility. Where a change materially affects normal use, we will give reasonable notice when practical.
Support
Advice and troubleshooting guidance are included from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, UK time, excluding UK public holidays. Normal cases may be submitted at any time and are handled during those hours.
Emergency support is reserved for a fault in VPN Dashboard or infrastructure managed by us that makes a live hosted dashboard unavailable or prevents it from managing active customer access. Problems with your VPN servers, providers, external DNS, module configuration, customer devices or local networks are handled through standard support.
If you ask us to carry out setup, module installation or launch work, we will agree the scope and price with you before paid work begins. That work is separate from the advice included with the subscription.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, interfere with systems, gain unauthorised access or conceal abusive activity. You must not attempt to bypass account limits, billing controls or security measures.
You must investigate credible abuse reports involving your service and take appropriate action. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other customers or third parties.
Ownership and data
VPN Dashboard and its software, documentation and branding remain our property or that of our licensors. While your paid subscription is active, we give you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for your business.
You must not copy, resell, reverse engineer or attempt to obtain the source code of the service except where applicable law expressly permits it. Your business names, branding, customer records and other information you supply remain yours.
You give us permission to process information supplied through the service only as needed to provide, secure and support it. See the privacy notice for more detail.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss caused by a third-party service outside its reasonable control.
Our total liability arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the service during that period. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it. We are responsible for operating the hosted VPN Dashboard service. You remain responsible for the capacity and business continuity of your VPN servers and the service you provide to customers.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a dispute promptly.
Questions about these terms
Email support@vpndashboard.com if you have a question about these terms or your service. If we update these terms materially, we will publish the revised date and give reasonable notice where appropriate.
Nothing in these terms removes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
