Connect your customer address

Before you start

• Access to the DNS zone for your domain
• The CNAME target shown in your dashboard

Steps

   Copy the CNAME target from your service details.

2. 2

   Create or replace the CNAME record with your DNS provider.

3. 3

   Remove any conflicting A, AAAA or CNAME record for the same address.

4. 4

   Wait for public DNS to return the new target.

5. 5

   Open the customer address and check its HTTPS certificate.

If it does not work

Note the exact error and when it happened. Check the affected customer, server or billing connection before trying again. If you still need help, open a case and include the service reference. Do not send passwords, tokens, private keys or server credentials.
