Report a dashboard outage

Check whether the hosted dashboard is unavailable and send us the details we need to investigate.

Before you start

  • Your dashboard address
  • The approximate time the problem started and the error shown

Steps

  1. 1

Open the dashboard address from another browser or internet connection to rule out a local connection problem.

  2. 2

Check the VPN Dashboard status page for an active incident.

  3. 3

If the dashboard is still unavailable, open a support case and select Dashboard outage.

  4. 4

Include the dashboard address, when the problem started and the exact error. Do not include passwords, tokens or private keys.

  5. 5

Do not change DNS, reinstall the billing module or reconnect VPN servers unless support asks you to.

Expected result

We have the information needed to investigate and restore the hosted dashboard. Service recovery is our responsibility.

If it does not work

Note the exact error and when it happened. Check the affected customer, server or billing connection before trying again. If you still need help, open a case and include the service reference. Do not send passwords, tokens, private keys or server credentials.
